DSC PG9933—Tamper Error
A tamper error occurs when the panel is reading that the sensor’s cover is not attached properly. To address the tamper error on your DSC PG9933, follow the instructions below.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Remove the detector from its mounting base by twisting the detector counterclockwise.
2. Re-install the detector on its mounting base by turning the detector clockwise until the mating marks align.
NOTE: Verify tamper is clear from the panel. This could take 15 minutes to clear.
