PG9985 Wireless Flood Detector

When it is time to replace the battery in your DSC  PG9985, you will see an alert on your system panel.

Follow the instructions below to replace your battery and clear the alert from your system. The PG9985 requires a CR123 3-volt lithium battery, which can be purchased form Indiana Alarm, local hardware store, mass retailer, or battery store.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Insert a flat-edged screwdriver into the slot and push upward to remove the cover.
2. Remove the screw and separate the cover from the base.
3. Remove the old battery.
4. Observing the polarity, install the new battery.
5. Replace the cover on the base and secure with the retaining screw.
6. Go to the panel. Then, see if trouble is clear.

NOTE: Trouble could take 15 minutes to clear.
